Some things to know about us
Our mission: Creed is a people-first digital agency that goes All In to drive our clients’ business forward. We believe we’re only successful if we have an empowered team that takes ownership in creating amazing work–for themselves, for each other, and in turn for our clients. Accordingly, we are All In on our team.
Creed has a coworking space open for team members located in downtown Minneapolis, with the option for either a dedicated or daily use desk as needed. The facility offers multiple conference rooms and collaboration spaces–as well as assorted snacks and beverages, an onsite fitness center with shower facilities, and complimentary parking. While the office is always open, we promote Tuesdays and Thursdays as preferred in-office days for team members choosing to collaborate with other in-person team members. While important meetings, events, and client presentations may occasionally require us to be in-person, we also continue to support the flexibility for Creed team members to Work from Home if that is their preferred and most effective work environment.
Creed knows professional development opportunities foster ingenuity, curiosity, and growth. Accordingly, we provide every team member with an annual $500 professional development stipend to be used to attend conferences, trainings or courses, to join professional associations, etc. All team members are also provided access to LinkedIn Learning courses at no cost. Lastly, we know that professional development is only valuable if we can make time to actually do it–so we also dedicate four hours per month for professional development time in your schedule. Should you be pursuing continued education, Creed also offers up to $2,000 annually in tuition reimbursement programs.

He has successfully developed products and systems across various industries, including MedTech, finance, industrial control, retail, communications, and SaaS applications, consistently measuring and driving impactful results.

As both our operational and project management team leader, my focus is on all things execution! As a result, my efforts largely revolve around process, documentation, and problem solving in order to remove any/all barriers that stand between our clients and their goals.
